About
Chris was born and raised in Central Florida but not too long ago called North Carolina home for a while. After breaking into the music scene in the Charlotte area, he finally made his return to Florida to get back to his roots. Like most people, music is a big part of his life and he enjoys performing in local bars, restaurants, and breweries... basically anywhere he can. You can catch him playing Southern and Classic Rock, Outlaw Country, 80's Pop and Rock, Alternative Rock, and much more!
Influences
Chris grew up with Country, Classic Rock, Hair Metal, Hip Hop, and Punk Rock. When the Grunge scene exploded, he quickly fell in love with the gritty sounds of bands like Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Alice in Chains.
Looking to the Future
Chris picked up the guitar later in life, so he had to work hard to become proficient. Now he has a wide variety of songs in his catalog, able to cater to all kinds of audiences. In addition to solo gigs, you would see him regularly performing lead vocals and guitar with his Charlotte-based band, a duo called The Low Places or playing rhythm guitar and lead/backup vocals in the trio (sometimes quartet) Boys of Summer.
It's solo gigs back home in Florida for now, but there's no telling what the future will hold.
